Machine Head Share New Single These Scars Won't Define Us Feat In Flames, Lacuna Coil And Unearth

Machine Head have shared a new single called These Scars Won't Define Us.
Offering an anthemic chorus that builds around a whirlwind thrashy groove, the crushing track features guest appearances by members of In Flames, Lacuna Coil and Unearth, three bands accompanying the San Francisco metal giants on their spring North American tour.
The five-week trek will kick off on April 5 in Oakland, California, and includes an appearance at Sick New World festival in Las Vegas on April 12. It wraps up on May 10 in Kelowna, British Columbia. Tickets are on sale at 10am local time today (November 15).
At the time of confirming the dates last week, the band revealed that the follow-up to 2022's 'Øf Kingdøm And Crøwn' is slated to arrive in April 2025, though a title and a release date is still to be confirmed. The new song is set to feature on the record.
Lacuna Coil are also set to drop a new album next year, with 'Sleepless Empire' set to arrive on February 14. The Italian goth metallers recently dropped the latest single from the record, Oxygen.
In Flames will hit the road behind their 2023 LP, 'Foregone', and Unearth put out the 'Bask In The Blood Of Our Demons' EP back in the summer, following up their 2023 album 'The Wretched; The Ruinous'.
Machine Head will also headline the UK's Bloodstock festival in Derbyshire in August.
