Focus Wales Announce Over 70 New Acts For 15th Anniversary Edition Line-Up In May

Focus Wales have announced more than 70 new artists for its 15th anniversary edition.

New additions include Al Lewis, Anna McLuckie, Ben Wilson, Groom the Giant, Hemes, Holy Gloam, Hope, Igloo Hearts, Joethepoet, Jonny Ash, Josef Maddox Lloyd, JP, The Wytches, William John Titus Bishop, Wrexham All Voices Choir, Wrexham One Love Choir, and Yaang. The multi-venue festival, supported by a new partnership with Marshall, will take place this May in Wrexham, North Wales, spotlighting emerging talent from Wales, alongside the best new acts from around the world.

Hosting over 250 bands across 20 stages, as well as live music, the programme will once again include interactive industry sessions, stand-up comedy, arts events, film screenings and live performances.

Continuing the festival's commitment to diversity, in addition to Welsh talent, the 2025 line-up comprises acts from around the world, including Belgium, Canada, England, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Somaliland, South Korea, Switzerland and the USA.

Dublin rock band Sprints, Brit-Award winning London duo Nova Twins (pictured), and singer-songwriter Gruff Rhys, who returns to top the bill after headlining in 2021, lead the 2025 musical line-up.
