Lottery Winners Release New Single Dirt And Gold Featuring Frank Turner

Lottery Winners have shared a new single featuring Frank Turner.
Dirt And Gold is a defiant and empowering moment from the Manchester quartet's upcoming album, 'KOKO'. The anthemic indie-pop track offers a message of resilience through shared vocals from frontman Thom Rylance and folk-punk artist Turner. Its accompanying video will premiere on YouTube at 7pm GMT today (January 17).
Commenting on Turner's third consecutive appearance on a Lottery Winners LP, Rylance said:
"It’s become a tradition to have Frank on our records now, which is bananas for me to say, as he’s genuinely one of my favourite artists on the planet. When I wrote Dirt and Gold, I knew it had to be Frank. There’s nobody else who can deliver a chorus like he can. With such ferocity, while remaining melodic and tuneful."
Turner added: "Collaborating with the Lottery Winners has become one of my favourite musical traditions. Their energy, creativity, and sheer enthusiasm are infectious—it’s impossible not to have a good time working with them.
"When Thom sent me Dirt and Gold, I immediately knew I had to be part of it. Their ability to craft songs that are both heartfelt and anthemic is second to none, and I was honoured to help bring that song to life.
"Lottery Winners are one of those bands that remind you why you fell in love with music in the first place. They’ve got that perfect mix of humour, heart, and a genuine passion for what they do. It’s inspiring."
The follow-up to the band's chart-topping 2023 LP 'Anxiety Replacement Therapy' will arrive on March 21. The band previously teased it with the singles UFO, Superpower and You Again featuring Reverend and the Makers' Jon McClure. It'll also feature guest spots from Chad Kroeger of Nickelback and Shed Seven's Rick Witter.
They'll tour the UK and Europe ahead of the album's release, and support Turner at London's Alexandra Palace on February 22, when he'll celebrate his 3000th show. They'll also support Robbie Williams on his huge UK and European tour in the summer.
