Gorky Zygotic Mynci were a Welsh alternative rock band that unfortunately split up in May 2006. Formed in Camarthen, west Wales in 1991, they sang songs in both Welsh and English.
Releasing his first solo album ‘The Seven Sleepers Den’ in 2006, expect a mix of traditional Welsh folk, psych-pop and John Fahey-esque guitar picking as Richard James takes his solo project to the road this summer.
Kicking off in Birmingham on May 23rd, the singer-songwriter will play five dates including Liverpool, Bristol, Oxford and finish with a show in Islington, London on 6th June.
