Oxford five-piece Foals will take their new second album ‘Total Life Forever’ on the road for a twelve-date tour of the UK in October and November later this year.
Currently riding high after the success of the release of their new album, the critically-acclaimed second offering from the band debuted at Number Eight on the UK album chart, ahead of new entires such as Slash, Alicia Keys and Dead Weather.
Starting their jaunt at Leeds’ O2 Academy on October 29th, the 12 live dates will see Foals perform at venues in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Southampton, Brighton, Norwich, Lincoln and then close at London’s O2 Brixton Academy on 12th November.
Before their Ocotber tour comes around, Foals have a busy shcedule ahead with more than ten festival performances on their gig list. Appearing across the globe, the band visit Glastonbury on June 26th, Fuji Festival in Japan on August 1st and Paris’ Rock En Seine on August 27th.
The quintet's album 'Total Life Forever', which includes the single 'This Orient' was released earlier this month as a follow up to 2008's debut 'Antidotes', is expected to form the basis of the autumn tour’s set list.
