Gorillaz are due to head out on their first ever arena UK tour with six dates scheduled across the UK this September, and tickets are on presale now to Gorillaz fans.
Following their recent sell out performances at US Music Festival Coachella and the Roundhouse in London, the "Escape To Plastic Beach" Tour will stop off in Glasgow, Birmingham, Newcastle and Manchester before finishing with 2 big nights at the huge O2 Arena in London.
Performed by Damon Albarn, Mick Jones, Paul Simonon and the Gorillaz band the live show will feature songs from all 3 albums ('Gorillaz', 'Demon Days' and 'Plastic Beach') and feature animation, artwork and film as designed by Jamie Hewlett.
Featured Artists are yet to be announced but recent live Gorillaz shows have included performances by De La Soul, Roses Gabor, Bobby Womack, Little Dragon, Mos Def, Kano, Bashy and the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble.

Gorillaz third album Plastic Beach topped charts around the world when released in March of this year.
Tickets for Gorillaz UK Tour are priced at £45 (59.80 EUR Dublin) for all seats and will be on sale from 9am on Friday, 21st May. Tickets are on presale now for all UK dates.
