Cherry Ghost have announced two headline shows in support of their forthcoming new album, titled 'Beneath This Burning Shoreline' released on 5th July on Heavenly Recordings.
Preceding the release of the album is lead single 'Kissing Strangers', a stirring 21st Century song for swinging lovers, out on 28th June.
The first date announced is St. John's Church in Salford on the 21st June, followed by a second date on the 22nd at The Lexington in London. The new album unveils a band who have further crafted a rich and distinctive sound, still founded on lyrical poeticism yet more refined and assured.
Cherry Ghost recently toured with Doves and will be joining The Coral for a further string of live dates this summer. The band will also be performing on the The Queen's Head stage at Glastonbury on Saturday 26th June, before making further festival appearances and embarking upon a full UK headline tour in the autumn.
