Crystal Castles are a Canadian experimental electronic duo consisting of vocalist Edith Frances, who replaced Alice Glass, and producer Ethan Kath.
Formed in 2003, the duo released their eponymous debut album in 2008, which was followed by ‘Crystal Castles (II)’ in 2010 and ‘(III)’ in 2012. Alice Glass left the band in 2014 and Edith Frances joined in November 2015. The band released their latest album, ‘Amnesty (I)’ in August 2016. Following November UK shows supporting their new LP, Crystal Castles would head to Australia in May/June 2017 for four shows. Next up, following a gig in London, Crystal Castles tour North America.
