Forming in early 2014, Divide are an alt-rock band from Glasgow. After a line-up tangle a little way into their career, the band recruited Nicole Mason on vocals, joining drummer Scott Johnson, bassist Stephen Ladds and guitarist Connor Macleod (formerly in Yashin) joined to complete the line-up.
After their first single Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost was released, the band were busy from then on inn, perking up the ears of BBC Radio 1, XFM, Amazing Radio, The Scottish Sun, Scuzz TV, Kerrang!, Rock Sound and Punktastic. This wave of momentum led support slots for bands such as Vukovi, Rory Indiana, Forever Never and Breathe In The Silence, and they've also enjoyed a performance at T In The Park. After the line-up change, the band proceeded to release standalone single Make A Killing in 2016. Now, following their latest single Catalyst, Divide are set to release their second EP, 'Embers', on November 24, produced by Romesh Dodengoda of Don Broco, Twin Atlantic, Lower Than Atlantis. Divde will hit the road in the UK for a February headline tour. Support comes from All Ears Avow and Junior.
