IAMDDB—real name Diana De Brito—is a trap-jazz musician originally from Lisbon, Portugal, but raised in Manchester.
Taking inspiration from her Portuguese and Angolan roots, she cites a range of influences including Bob Marley, John Legend and Nat King Cole, which she channelled into her breakthrough track JAZB, with Flying Lotus, in 2016. She has since put out volumes 1-4 of the 'Hoodrich' mixtapes, as well as 'Flightmode Vol.4' in 2018, 'Swervvvvv.5' in 2019 and 'Love Is War: Volume 6' in 2024. IAMDDB has rescheduled her UK, Ireland and Europe shows to autumn 2024, ahead of her North American dates around the same time.
