Jacob Collier is a musician and singer-songwriter from London.

He shot to fame in 2011, after uploading videos to YouTube, and soon caught the attention of Quincy Jones and PhD student Ben Bloomberg. Jones began to tutor him, while he and Bloomberg created musical hardware and software for live performance. This allowed Collier to develop a unique live experience, featuring six simultaneous looping stations synced with 3D, realtime video loops, along with his custom-built harmonizer.

He has gone on to release five albums to date, and has collaborated with the likes of Coldplay, BTS, Snarky Puppy, Stormzy, Daniel Caesar, Kehlani, SZA and Alicia Keys. His efforts have earned him a number of honours and accolades, including five Grammys.

The latest LP, and the final instalment of his quadruple-album series, 'Djesse Vol. 4', arrived in 2024.
