Now one of the country's best-loved comedians, he is a frequent face on television, having appeared on Would I Lie to You?, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Mock The Week and the Royal Variety Performance, as well as landing acting roles in Doctor Who and Skins.

John Bishop will tour his new show, Back At It, across the UK and Ireland throughout 2024/25, with extra dates added due to demand, with dates across Australia and New Zealand also planned for late 2024. Then, he'll celebrate 25 years of his stand-up comedy career with an anniversary tour of the UK and Ireland in October 2025, including a stop at Manchester's Frog & Bucket, where he performed his very first stand-up show.
