Leigh-Anne Pinnock is a singer-songwriter from High Wycombe.
First rising to fame in 2011 after auditioning for The X Factor, she was selected to become part of Little Mix, with the group going on to win the entire show. They released their debut album, ‘DNA’, in 2012 and, from there, they went on to become one of the most successful acts to come out of the show—having earned the most number one singles of any of its alumni—and are widely regarded as the biggest girl group of the 2010s. The band released a further five studio records, including 2016's 'Glory Days', which holds the record for the longest-charting girl group album on the UK Albums Chart, and their most recent, 2021's 'Between Us'. Their efforts have earned them countless awards, accolades and honours, including three BRITs, three Guinness World Record titles and a National Television Award nomination for their talent reality show Little Mix: The Search. The band announced they would be going on an indefinite hiatus in 2021, with Leigh-Anne going on to star in the film Boxing Day and, in 2023, announcing she would be embarking on a solo career. She has put out a string of singles, including a collaboration with Ayra Starr, before dropping her debut EP 'No Hard Feelings' in 2024.
