Linkin Park are a nu-metal band from Agoura Hills, California.

Formed in 1996, they have become one of the most influential acts in alternative music, well-known for anthemic tracks such as Numb, Somewhere I Belong, Crawling, In The End, Breaking The Habit and What I've Done and, of course, their cult classic debut LP, 2000's 'Hybrid Theory'.

The band continued to achieve huge amounts of global success throughout their career, racking up countless multi-platinum certifications across the world and receiving some of the highest honours in music, including two Grammys, two BRIT nominations and a UN Global Leadership Award for humanitarian philanthropy.

In 2017, the band tragically lost their lead singer Chester Bennington to suicide and, following a handful of tribute concerts in his memory, remained on hiatus until 2024. They then announced that Emily Armstrong of Dead Sara would be stepping in for vocal duties to continue Bennington's legacy, and that their next LP, 'From Zero', would arrive in November 2024.
