The London Community Gospel Choir formed in 1982, and haven't stopped since.
They've performed with pop royalty such as George Michael, Madonna, Eric Clapton, Kylie, Blur and even for Nelson Mandela. They have also recorded with artists including Elton John, Paul McCartney Blur, Nick Cave and Gorillaz - counting collaborations with over 75 artists worldwide. It is virtually impossible to pigeonhole the LCGC – they are adaptable, flexible and create dynamic melodies with funky gospel flair, and jaw-dropping vocal gymnastics. The choir will perform at Saffron Hall in December ahead of a massive show at the Royal Albert Hall on December 18. Then, the London Community Gospel Choir will celebrate Burns Night in Dumfries with a show at Big Burns Supper Festival in January 2019.
