Mayer Hawthorne is the stage name of Andrew Mayer Cohen, an American singer-songwriter and producer based in Los Angeles, California.
Starting his career in 2008, he signed to Stones Throw Records and released his debut album, ‘A Strange Arrangement’. He then signed to Republic for his second album,‘How Do You Do’, released in 2011, and followed with ‘Where Does This Door Go’ in 2013, which hit #30 in the Billboard Hot 200. He released his latest album ‘Man About Town’ via Vagrant in April 2016. He has also released albums with Jaded Incorporated and Tuxedo. Mayer Hawthorne is set to play London and Manchester shows in November in support of his latest album, ‘Man About Town’.
