Method Man and Redman are an American hip hop duo from New York, consisting of Method Man of Wu-Tang Clan and Redman of Def Squad.
They began collaborating in the mid-1990s, eventually releasing their debut album, ‘Blackout!’ in 1999, which was followed by ‘Blackout! 2’ in 2009, both via Def Jam Recordings. Since then they have toured with some regularity, including a spell on the 1999 Family Values tour alongside Limp Bizkit and Korn and the Hard Knock Life tour with Jay Z. Method Man and Redman headed to Australia for shows in September 2016. In 2017, Wu-Tang Clan returned with brand new album, 'Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues', which came with accompanying US tour dates. Now back as a duo for 2018, the rappers will take over the O2 Academy Brixton in April.
