Monty Python Tickets, Shows & Events in 2025/2026Last Updated: 29 May 2014 12:42pm
Monty Python, the comedy troupe initially comprised of Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam, Michael Palin and Terry Jones, are widely revered as comic innovators, having assembled a peerless back catalogue of skits, songs and bits across TV, stage and film.
The group met through various university connections, including the Cambridge Footlights, and later worked together on The Frost Report and Monty Python's Flying Circus, which aired between 1969 and 1974. They moved into film with And Now For Something Completely Different in 1971, following up that sketch compendium with three features, Monty Python And The Holy Grail, Life Of Brian and Meaning Of Life, before Chapman’s death in 1989. They also frequently appeared on stage, releasing Live At The Hollywood Bowl in 1982, and spawned the popular West End/Broadway show Spamalot. In 2014, the remaining Pythons will reunite for a series of shows at London’s O2 Arena. Set Country & Currency Upcoming Monty Python Tour Dates & Comedy Events

Amazing
London O2 Arena on July 15 2014
The show was amazing. I enjoyed so much I would do anything to go again.
The sketches were brilliant and linked together really well. Perhaps the dance went on a little too long but it didn't matter. I loved the Graham Chapman tributes and the use of the screens. The way the three sets pulled out was very effective and clever. Well worth it!!
