More Life Pass The Mic Tickets, Events & Festivals in 2025/2026Last Updated: 26 Jul 2024 10:01am
MORE LIFE: Pass The Mic is a charity concert to be held in London, in aid of the Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation.
Stephen Lawrence was a Black teenager from South East London, who was killed in an unprovoked racist attack on April 22, 1993. The attackers were not convicted which, after much campaigning and a public inquiry into the handling of his case, eventually led to the publication of the Macpherson Report and, in turn, a massive shift in the law, police practice, legislation and society's attitudes to racism. September 2024 will mark what would have been Stephen's 50th birthday, with some of the UK's most influential figures—both on and off the stage—joining forces to celebrate Black art, history, culture and community in his honour. MORE LIFE: Pass The Mic takes over The O2 London on September 13, 2024, featuring performances from D Double E, Ghetts, AJ Tracey, Mahalia, Ezra Collective and more.
