Public Service Broadcasting are an electronica band based in London.
Formed in 2009, the band are known for their unique sound, combining guitar, banjo, drums, and piano with samples of archive propaganda footage, public information films, and other old material, something which they say is to ‘teach the lessons of the past through the music of the future.’ They released a number of singles and EPs before dropping their debut LP, 'Inform - Educate - Entertain', in 2013, and have since put out a further four albums, with the most recent being 2024's 'The Last Flight'. Public Service Broadcasting will tour the UK in March 2025, before headlining a show as part of Glasgow’s Summer Nights concert series in August.
