Rachael Yamagata is an American singer-songwriter from Arlington, Virginia.
Starting her solo music career in 2001, and released her debut self-titled EP in 2002, followed by her debut album, ‘Happenstance’, in 2004. Her second album, ‘Elephants...Teeth Sinking Into Heart’, came out in 2008 and ‘Chesapeake’, was released in 2011. She released her latest album, ‘Tightrope Walker’, in September 2016. She has headlined her own shows and tours across the USA,and has supported the likes of Mandy Moore. Rachael Yamagata is set to play two nights at London’s Omeara in April 2017.
