Ricky Martin, real name Enrique Martín Morales, is a Puerto Rican pop singer and actor from San Juan.

Martin started his music career in 1984 at the age of thirteen as a member of the pop group Menudo. He left in 1989 to pursue a solo career.

He released his self-titled debut Spanish language album in 1991, which was followed by three more albums in Spanish before he crossed over into the English speaking market with his second self-titled album in 1999. The record hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 200 and contained the worldwide hit single Livin’ La Vida Loca.

He put out his second album, ‘Sound Loaded’ in 2000, followed by ‘Almas del Silencio’ in 2003, and ‘Life’ in 2005, before he took a career break. He returned in 2011 with ‘Música + Alma + Sexo’, then went on to put out ‘A Quien Quiera Escuchar’ in 2015, 'PAUSA (Headphone Mix)' in 2020 and the 'Play' EP in 2022.

Ricky Martin will embark on The Trilogy Tour of North America with Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull in fall 2023. The three hitmakers have extended the tour into 2024 with another round of dates set to kick off in January.
