Seth Lakeman is a folk singer-songwriter from Dartmoor, Devon.
He started his music career in 1994 as a member of the Lakeman Brothers, alongside his siblings Sean and Sam. They released their debut LP, ‘Three Piece Suite’, before forming the band Equation with Kathryn Roberts and Kate Rusby, putting out three albums together before Lakeman left in 2001 to pursue a solo career. He dropped his debut LP, ‘The Punch Bowl’, in 2002, and has since released a further 11 studio albums, and is due to drop his thirteenth LP 'The Granite Way' in February 2025.
