Seth Adam Meyers is an American comedian, television host, actor, writer, producer, and podcaster from Evanston, Illinois.
Meyers is currently the host of Late Night With Seth Meyers, a late-night talk show on American television network NBC. Before that, he made his name as a cast member on the sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live between 2001 and 2014. He also served as the show's head writer and anchor of their news parody segment, Weekend Update, between 2006 until leaving the show in 2014. Seth Meyers and British-American comedian, writer, producer, political commentator and television host John Oliver have announced that their co-headlining monthly residency at the New York's Beacon Theatre has been extended into 2025.
