Siouxsie Sioux—real name Susan Ballion—is a singer-songwriter and producer from London.
Recognised as a punk icon and one of the most influential rock singers of her era, she is perhaps best known for being the lead singer of Siouxsie & The Banshees. The band were hugely successful, earning several Top 20 singles—including Hong Kong Garden, Happy House and Peek-a-Boo—before their split in 1996. She went on to form The Creatures, active between 1981 and 2005, before continuing as a solo artist. She released her debut album, 'Mantaray', in 2007. Siouxsie announced her return to the stage in 2023, with summer concerts planned in Europe and the UK, where she's set to headline Latitude Festival, Mouth Of The Tyne Festival and Glasgow's Summer Nights concert series.
