Tangerine Dream are an electronic band based in Berlin, Germany.

Formed in 1967, they are widely regarded as pioneers of early electronica. Having endured several line-up changes over the years—most notably due to the passing of founding member Edgar Froese in 2015—the band have released more than 100 albums over the course of their career, as well as composing a number of film soundtracks. This spans from their debut: 1970's 'Electronic Meditation', through to their most recent studio record: 2022's 'Raum'.
