The Chainsmokers are an EDM DJ duo from New York City, New York, consisting of Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall.
Formed in 2012, the duo started their career by remixing tracks, eventually breaking into the mainstream with their 2014 single #Selfie. They went on to release their debut album 'Memories... Do Not Open' in 2017, following the success of their single Closer, with Halsey. They have since gone on to drop a further two albums, with a fourth studio record due for release in 2022, titled 'TCS4'. The duo have gone from strength to strength, winning a Grammy Award, touring with Five Seconds Of Summer and collaborating on tracks with the likes of Tiesto, Priyanka Chopra, Coldplay, Ty Dolla Sign, Bebe Rexha, Kygo and Blink-182. The Chainsmokers have rescheduled their two nights at the O2 Academy Brixton to April 2022. They will also embark on a run of European shows in November that year.
