The Crookes are an indie rock band from Sheffield, consisting of Daniel Hopewell, George Waite, Tom Dakin and Adam Crofts.
Formed in 2008, the band released their first single A Collier’s Wife in 2009, which led to them signing Fierce Panda Records. The band released their debut album, ‘Chasing After Ghosts’ in 2011, followed by ‘Hold Fast’ in 2012 and ‘Soapbox’ in 2014. The band released their fourth album, ‘Lucky Ones’ in January 2016.
