The Fall are an English post-punk band from Prestwich, Greater Manchester, currently consisting of founding member Mark E Smith, alongside Elena Poulou, Dave Spurr, Pete Greenway, Keiron Melling and Daren Garratt.
Formed in 1976, they have released 30 albums, including their debut album ‘Live at the Witch Trials’ which came out in 1979, ‘The Frenz Experiment’, released in 1988, which reached #19 in the UK Albums Chart, and ‘The Infotainment Scan’, which came out in 1993, which reached the Top 10 Their latest release, the EP, ’Wise Ol' Man’ came out in February 2016.
