The Hotelier are an American indie rock band from Worcester, Massachusetts, consisting of vocalist and bassist Christian Holden, guitarists Chris Hoffman and Ben Gauthier, and drummer Sam Frederick.
Formed in 2009, under the name The Hotel Year, the band released their debut EP EP, ‘We Are All Alone’, in 2009, followed by their debut album, 'It Never Goes Out', which came out in 2011. Their second album, 'Home, Like Noplace Is There', came out in 2014, and gained them international attention, leading to them appearing at Primavera Sound festival and supporting La Dispute and Title Fight on their co-headlining tour in 2015, as well as touring the UK alongside Emperor X. The band’s third album, ‘Goodness’ was released in May 2016. The Hotelier have announced a brief run of shows across the UK and Ireland as part of a wider European tour in early 2017.
