Therapy? are an alternative punk band from Larne, Northern Ireland.

The band released their debut album, ‘Babyteeth,’ in 1991, but it was their fourth, 1994's ‘Troublegum’, that earned them mainstream success, hitting #5 in the UK and #17 in the Billboard Hot 200 in the US. The band have put out a total of 17 studio albums to date, which includes a Greatest Hits record in 2020 and their most recent LP, 2023's 'Hard Cold Fire'.
