Thursday are a post-hardcore band from New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Formed in 1997, they are widely regarded as one of the pioneering acts of screamo, dropping their debut album 'Waiting' in 1999. They have since gone on to release a further five records, with the most recent being 2011's 'No Devolución', shortly after which the band split. They reunited in 2016, and have been playing shows around the world ever since. Thursday will play The Garage London on July 2, 2024, while they're in the UK playing Outbreak Fest.
