Hope and Social is a British rock band from Leeds, consisting of Simon Wainwright, Rich Huxley, Ed Waring, Simon Fletcher, Gary Stewart and James Hamilton.
Formed in 2008, as Four Day Hombre, the band released two albums, before changing their name and sound. Under the new name, the band released their debut album,‘Architect of this Church’, in 2009, followed by ‘April’, in 2010, ‘Sleep Sound’ in 2011 and ‘Cotton Wool & Knotted Wood’ in 2012. The band’s last album, ‘All Our Dancing Days’, was released in late 2012. The band are set to release their latest album, ‘FEEL’, on September 30, 2016. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the UK and have played Glastonbury Festival, as well as the opening ceremony for the 2014 Tour de France.
