Ufomammut are an Italian experimental sludge metal outfit with a tendency to be trippy. Formed back in 1999, they're considered pioneers and originators of the 'psychedelic sludge' genre - its three members, Poia, Urlo and Vita, create a unique sound by blending weird vocals, chugging heavy riffs, and sound FX.
Releasing their debut album 'Godlike Snake' in 2000, the band acquired a bit of a cult following, and picked-up an interesting live show too. Going on to release a series of albums, they're now looking to celebrate their 15th anniversary.
