Alan Carr is a comedian and television presenter from Weymouth.
He became well known on the Manchester comedy circuit at the start of his career, having moved there in his 20s, but truly became a household name after hosting The Friday Night Project with Justin Lee Collins from 2006 to 2009. From there, he began hosting many more of his own shows, including Alan Carr's Celebrity Ding Dong, Alan Carr: Chatty Man and, since 2019, has been a judge on RuPaul's Drag Race UK. Fast, brilliant comedy at it's best

A great evening of fast, slick comedy. No supporting comedians, just Alan and his mic. Clever audience participation. Two hours of brilliance, the jokes rolled out with hardly a pause between, completely capturing his audience. Great atmosphere and excellent venue. This was Alan Carr at his best. Wanted the show to go on and on.

First time seeing Alan Carr on stage, he was brilliant, funny, very entertaining, best laugh I've had in ages. He had audience involved and entertained throughout the show, good venue, staff helpful, comfortable seating, great view. Well done Alan, thank you for a great night out. You look great, love you lots and look forward to the next time.
