American Head Charge is an American nu-metal band hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota consisting of Cameron Heacock on vocals, Chad Hanks on bass, Chris Emery on drums, as well as keyboard-player Justin Fowler, and guitarists Karma Singh Cheema and Sin Quirin,
Originally formed in 1996, the band independently released their debut album, 'Trepanation', in 1999, which earned them a record deal with Rick Rubin's American Recordings. Their label debut 'The War of Art' soon followed in 2001, and went on to sell over 100,000 records. After putting out ‘The Feeding’ in 2005, and ‘Can't Stop the Machine’ in 2007, they eventually disbanded in 2009, only to return in 2011, with live dates including a tour of the UK in November 2013. The band are set to release a new album, ‘Tango Umbrella’ and head out on tour with Mushroomhead in March/April 2016. Check here to find tickets through Stereoboard.
