Baio, is the stage name of Chris Baio, an American singer-songwriter from Bronxville, New York, best known as the bassist for indie rockers Vampire Weekend, as well as solo artist and DJ.
He released his debut solo EP, 'Sunburn', in 2012, which was followed by his debut album, 'The Names', in 2015. He is set to release his second album, ‘Man Of The World’, on June 30, 2017. Chris Baio played a show at London’s Waiting Room in July in support of ‘Man Of The World’, and is now set to reach the US and Canada in fall.
