Blacklisted is an American hardcore punk band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, consisting of vocalist founding member George Hirsch, alongside Dave Walling, Shawn Foley and Jon Nean.
Formed in 2003, they released their debut EP, ‘Our Youth Is Wasted’, in 2003, which they followed with their debut album, ‘...The Beat Goes On’, in 2005. Their second album, ‘Heavier Than Heaven, Lonelier Than God’, was released in 2008 but it their next album, ‘No One Deserves To Be Here More Than Me’, which hit the shelves in 2008, saw the band move towards a more grunge sound. Their latest album, ‘When People Grow, People Go’, came out in 2015. Blacklisted has announced a show at London’s Underworld in July.
