Blake Mills is an American singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Santa Monica, California. Born in 1986, he would start his musical career in the band Simon Dawes alongside Tayler Goldsmith, though he would later leave the group - which went on to become Dawes as we know it today.
Following that venture, he would become a session/touring musician for a number of famous artists, from Paolo Nutini to Kid Rock and dozens more. Eventually, however, he would decide to embark on a solo career, and put out his debut album, ‘Break Mirrors’, in 2010. He returned with his second record, ‘Heigh Ho’, in September 2014 - catch him in February 2015 for shows in Brighton, London, Manchester and Glasgow.
