Brittany Howard is a singer-songwriter from Athens, Alabama.
Perhaps best known for being the frontwoman of Grammy-winning southern rock outfit Alabama Shakes—with whom she has put out two full length records: 'Boys and Girls' in 2012 and 'Sound And Color' in 2015—she put out her debut solo album 'Jaime' in 2019. Notably, in 2021 she dropped the remix album, 'Jamie (Reimagined)', which contained collaborations with Childish Gambino, Michael Kiwanuka, Bon Iver, BADBADNOTGOOD, Fred Again.. and Jungle. Her second studio LP, 'What Now', arrived in 2024. Brittany Howard will support her new album with shows in London and Manchester in July 2024, ahead of a co-headline North American tour with Michael Kiwanuka in October.
