Chris Shiflett is a singer-songwriter and musician from Santa Barbara, California, well known as the lead guitarist of Foo Fighters.

Starting his music career in 1982, as a member of No Use For A Name, he joined Foo Fighters in 2002. In 2010, he created the country-punk side-project Chris Shiflett & the Dead Peasants, releasing a self-titled debut LP the same year, and following it up with ‘All Hat And No Cattle’ in 2013. His next two albums, 2017's ‘West Coast Town’ and 2019's 'Hard Lessons', came out solely under his name. His third solo LP, 'Lost At Sea', arrived in October 2023.

Chris Shiflett will tour the UK and Ireland in March 2024, following two dates in Santa Barbara, California in December 2023. He also has a show in Auckland, New Zealand lined up for January 2024, as well as Australian gigs at the end of that year in December.
