Connect is a three-day music festival based in Edinburgh's Royal Highland Centre.
Aiming to reconnect people with the people and things that they're passionate about, the event features music from across the world, as well as comedy, debate, visual arts and local food and drink. The festival first took place in 2007 and 2008, hosting the likes of The Beastie Boys, LCD Soundsystem, Hot Chip and Primal Scream, and was then relaunched in 2022. They have since seen performances from Massive Attack, The Chemical Brothers, The National, Jon Hopkins, Bonobo, The Twilight Sad, Caribou, Mogwai, Bombay Bicycle Club, Little Simz, Idlewild, Self Esteem, Black Country New Road and many more. Connect Festival will return in August 2023, with headliners Primal Scream, Fred Again.., Boygenius, Loyle Carner, plus much more.
