Following a full UK tour lined-up for February 2011, Jamie Woon has announced a new show for London's Shepherd's Bush Empire on 9th June.
Bluesy rootsy tinged funk with melodies. Part of the OneTaste collective. A looping beatboxer with a difference, Jamie's sound is of soul, hip-hop, blues, 50's classics and clever covers. All this from one man, a mic, a guitar and a massive talent.
The BBC Sound of 2011 nominee Jamie Woon played his only show of 2010 to a sold out crowd at London's XOYO in support of the first single 'Night Air' taken from his forthcoming debut album due in spring in 2011. Check out the video to Jamie Woon's first single 'Night Air' below.
