Swimming to Perform at Roundhouse Rising in London This Week

Nottingham-based experimental five-piece Swimming are to perform in London on 25th February as part of London’s Roundhouse Rising festival. Roundhouse Rising is a week-long festival at the Roundhouse, presenting the best in new music across a variety of genres. It will involve a series of unique performances, international artist collaborations, music industry seminars and creative workshops.

Swimming will perform at Roundhouse Rising as part of a new music night called ‘F*ck the Whiteboard’. The band are made up of brothers John and Pete Sampson, as well as Andrew Wright, Jonathon Spittlehouse and Blake Pearson. They are due to release their first single ‘Sun in the Island’ on 7th March and will play a number of shows during the same month. They are also set to support Killing Joke for several shows on the band’s forthcoming UK tour.
