Death Cab for Cutie have debuted the second track from their upcoming studio album, ‘Codes & Keys’. Following on from the critical success of their first track ‘You Are A Tourist’, the band have unveiled the latest offering, ‘Home Is A Fire’.
The song is a fast-paced affair, sure to satiate The Postal Service fans that have been longing for more energetic material coupled with Ben Gibbard’s trademark lyricisms. Although the band have stated that their upcoming LP is less guitar-heavy than its predecessor ‘Narrow Stairs’, ‘Home Is A Fire’ mixes understated guitar squeals with pulsating bass tones to form a track which is sure to translate well when performed live.
