Nicki Minaj Unveils Video For ‘Super Bass’ – Watch Now

Nicki Minaj has released the video for her latest single, ‘Super Bass’. The US rap star has donned a number of bright outfits for the fifth track to be taken from her debut album, ‘Pink Friday’, even breaking out the neon for a 80s-style climax to the promotional video.
The 26-year-old rapper continues her video career with another sexually-charged performance, bringing innuendos blunt enough to make Charlie Sheen blush. The track, which is the most pop-inspired single that Minaj has released to date, was officially released on April 5th.

Meanwhile, Minaj has embraced her inner feminist in a recent interview with the Daily Mail. Speaking to the paper, the ‘Moment 4 Life’ star expressed her competitive desire, saying: “I always wanted to play with the boys. I didn’t want to be a pawn in their game or have a sidekick role. I wanted to be more of a lead character — a superhero. I’m fighting for the girls who never thought they could win.”
As well as earning an impressive rise to fame over the past year, it is clearly not just the average girl that Minaj has inspired. The singer has also found fans in celebrities including Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez, the latter of which can be seen rapping along to Minaj’s ‘Super Bass’ in the video below:
