The Answer Announce Release & Tracklisting Of New Album 'Revival'

The Answer, who recently played Sonisphere Festival at Knebworth Park, will release their latest studio album on October 3rd 2011.
Titled ‘Revival’ and produced by the Grammy-nominated Chris ‘Frenchie’ Smith, with mixing handled by Chris Sheldon, this is the third studio album released by the Downpatrick quartet since their formation a decade ago.
The initial run of the album will be a limited edition deluxe format with 24-page booklet & band sleeve-notes, plus an 11-track second disc containing previously unreleased studio, acoustic, demo & cover material.

The first single and video from the album will be ‘Vida (I Want You)’ and is set for release on September 5th. The album also contains a duet, 'Nowhere Freeway', which sees The Answer pairing up with rock’n’soul vocalist and ST JUDE frontwoman Lynne Jackaman for an impressive vocal display.
To coincide with this new single and album, The Answer have announced their first UK tour since December 2009; the ‘Revival’ tour, first leg, runs from September 30th to October 28th and includes 20 headline dates overall.
