Palehorse and Nitkowski Line-Up Dual Headline Tour

London avant-sludge bass monsters Palehorse and time signature mangling, discord loving trio Nitkowski will be touring the UK this autumn, dealing out mardy nights of shouting and misanthropy in support of their latest albums.

Palehorse's latest album 'Soft as Butter; Hard as Ice' has been described as 'an album of startling creativity and originality' and 'Neurosis if you caught them playing Iron Monkey songs slowed to the pace of a London bus in a tar pit'. In a live situation their suffocating aggression and confrontational attitude belie the complexity and restraint present in the music. The new LP is out now on Eyes of Sound.

Nitkowski are a 3-piece group who make visceral, complex music using guitars, drums, vocals and sub-bass generators. Taking inspiration from the aggressive, disjointed hardcore of Botch, the ominous post-punk of This Heat and the interlocking or cyclical rhythms of Indonesian and West African music, Nitkowski have moulded a sound which does not sit easily within the confines of any pre-existing scene. Their second album, Stay in the Home You Love, will be out in early November on Function Records.

Together, they will tour their simultaneously unique and previously unknown sound up and down the country, stopping off in northern Edinburgh and going all the way to Southend, with stops in Cardiff, Leeds and Wrexham on the way. If you want to catch them live and see their full range of stops, check the dates and details below.
