Indie Supergroup Wild Flag Confirm Early 2012 UK Tour

The formidable indie supergroup Wild Flag released their self-titled debut album to a rapturous reception last week and sold-out their only London show for 2011 within minutes. The limited live dates would be rather tragic, however, Wild Flag have just announced a full UK tour for the end of January 2012 that climaxes at London's Electric Ballroom on 1st February.
Wild Flag is a Portland, Oregon and Washington, DC-based quartet consisting of Carrie Brownstein (guitar/vocals), Mary Timony (guitar/ vocals), Rebecca Cole (keys) and Janet Weiss (drums/vocals). The members of Wild Flag have played in numerous and notable bands including Sleater-Kinney, Helium, Quasi, The Minders, and Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks.
