William Shatner Covers Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' - Video Inside

Music has, for some reason, been making less and less sense every day. We recently saw the collaborative efforts between Jack White from the White Stripes and two make-up covered clown rappers. Then, we were greeted with the news that Star Trek’s seemingly clueless hero William Shatner covering Black Sabbath’s ’Iron Man’ with Black Label Society’s Zakk Wylde. After another duet between White and the ICP surfaced, we thought (prayed) that that would be the end of rock’s random abominations of music – but no, it seems Shatner is back for another stab at covering a classic – this time opting for Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ – and that he’s also released his own ALBUM of covers.

Shatner, who appeared on The Roast of Charlie Sheen which was broadcast in the UK earlier this year, appears to have gone slightly mad and has also made a rather bewildering and frankly pretty funny video for the cover, too. Once again, the tune features Zakk Wylde on guitar duties, while Shatner, a.k.a. Captain Kirk to Trekkies, sings in his oft-tune unique way. His album ‘Seeking Major Tom’ came out on October 11th – and it’s his fourth studio record. Check the video for ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ below.
